Gabrielle Wortman has spent her entire life playing music. With 12 years of piano education, 5 years of guitar, and 5 years of vocal training, she extends far beyond musicians of her age. At only 17 years old, Gabrielle Wortman has recorded and co-produced her own demo, written over 100 songs, and played live in bars, restaurants, and music festivals all over the state of Connecticut. Why, you may ask, does she devote her entire life to music? She explains on her Myspace site, “I write because I hope that I can relay an experience or idea through a beautiful medium. So, hey, if you like my songs, at least I did something right.” Foremost, the thing that sets Gabrielle apart from your everyday female musician is just that she isn’t one of them. Her unique, bluesy voice, with incredible piano and guitar accompaniment provides the listener with a sound unlike any other artist before her. This original sound is perhaps due to the fact that she was originally supposed to be a concert pianist, but started receiving an education in jazz when she felt her creativity waning. Ultimately, her profound teaching in almost every kind of genre provides her with unbelievable versatility. Through her ability to write heartbreaking ballads as well as blood-pumping rock songs, she undoubtedly demonstrates this rare talent through her music. Moreover, her incredible charisma and amazing stage presence allow her to win over crowds everywhere. During a music festival, Gabrielle opened for a heavy metal band with innumerable heavy metal fans in the crowd. Although she by no means plays heavy metal, by the end of the show she received a standing ovation and sold over 50 CDs. www.secretlifeofgabby.com, is set to be finished by late December and her demo is now available for sale. Additionally, she working on finishing her first studio album, The Secret Life of Gabby, and continues to play live. In the future, she will be focusing on promoting her album and providing New York City with her fresh, raw sound. When asked if she, a 17 year old, is intimidated by crowds of adults in bars and clubs, she responds, “I never get nervous, only an adrenaline rush. I like to close my eyes and feel the sound. I believe that everyone everywhere will connect through any beautiful music artists can provide, regardless of color, gender, and especially age.”
Brother E & the Blue Rhythm Kings
Bro. E & the Blue Rhythm Kings play venues, large and small all over the SW United States. Soul, R&B, Blues and old-school classic rock delight crowds. Brother E (Eric Bland) and the boys have opened for and/or backed up national acts as diverse as Stevie Ray Vaughn, Albert Collins, Chuck Berry, Louisiana Red, Tab Benoit, Chris Duarte, the Delfonics, and T-Bone Turner. National and local press reports have nothing but high praise for this talented group of musicians
Glen Shaffer
Glen Shaffer is a high energy singer-songwriter musician. He was born in Grafton, West Virginia and grew up around Bridgeport and Clarksburg. Glen is a self-taught guitarist with a unique style, boundless energy and unstoppable enthusiasm. Riding a wave of destiny, whether it be tidal waves or smooth sailing. His charm and charisma shine through the aura that surrounds him.
Glen’s love for music started at age of 3. He was playing guitar at the age of 10. By the time he had reached 13 he was playing lead guitar and backing up bands on the local bar scene. Growing up fast and displaying a natural gift for music, there were no more standing on the sidelines, he has now become the front man.
Right out of High School with the suggestion of a friend Glen flew out to Nashville. One week and a few gigs later he was living there. Finding the Nashville scene not quite as inviting as expected there were definite moments of sacrifice, loss and poverty. Within two years he finally made some solid connections. Life was moving ahead faster than planned he was now playing sideman again, but now for country music artists with songs in the charts.
Unfortunately Glen had to move back to West Virginia for an emergency surgery caused by an illness that was unknown to the doctors at that time. Come to find out Glen has Crohns Disease. A week after his surgery he was out playing gigs.
A year passes and he started receiving songwriting awards for song submissions all over the country. While figuring out the next step, he got a call from previous connections in Tennessee for what he thought was an open slot as a sideman gig. He was wrong about the sideman slot. This time it was Glen’s time to take the spot light.
Meeting with an investor, things quickly jumped forward. He spent most of 2005 finally getting to fulfill a life-long dream of completing a record of his own, and forming a band around himself. The tables were turning in all the right directions. Signing his first record deal with Handsfull Records, A brand new look and a fully produced album. There is only one thing left to say…. Hello world, meet Glen Shaffer!!

WhiskeyJack Formed in early 2006, WhiskeyJack is comprised of 6 central Illinois musicians with diverse backgrounds. Four of the five band members have 30+ years of musical performance and touring backgrounds. Their main focus is creating music with a fresh and exciting approach of acoustic-laced instrumentation with additions of non-traditional instruments and intensive vocal harmonies.
Realizing that there is an enormous demand for such a project; WhiskeyJack set out to form a unique blend of classic acoustic rock as well as contemporary and Indie music. Instrumentation includes Acoustic Guitars, Ukulele, Native American flute, Jazz and Latin percussion, 5/6 string Basses, and Piano/Synthesizers. Arrangements are intricately designed to compliment exceptionally delivered vocals and vocal harmonies. One can hear influences of artists that range from John Mayer to CSNY to the Beatles and every artist that focused on Acoustic-based rock. Briana Stodden has been recognized as one of the finest vocalists on the professional circuit. She has a wonderfully crafted, sensual voice that is the main vocal component is WhiskeyJack.
Additionally, Stacy Doty has an impressive background of accomplishments. He toured many years with the Nancy Hays show. He was signed to AMI Records and had radio airplay with songs that he had written. He also wrote a top 40 hit that was number 4 on the Billboard Charts that a very well recognized artist recorded. He has opened for many top shelf artists such as; Ronnie Milsap, Bellamy Brothers, Glen Campbell, and many, many others.
Kenny Hays, Randal Rhoads, and Greg Lawyer have also done extensive touring and are considered top notch musicians and instrumentalists.

EVENTS Mark is available as a one-man band on up to an 8-piece band, upon request of his clients needs, to provide entertainment for club venues, social, corporate and wedding events with easy listening, tropical, jazz on up to high-energy dance music. He provides live and pre-recorded music that far exceeds his clients expectations to make their party an occasion of FUN AND EXCITEMENT! Never a dull moment! REPERTOIRE I guess you could simply say that his wide range stems from “Frank Sinatra” to “Jimi Hendrix” but that would be putting it lightly. Other artists: Jimmy Buffett, Beatles, Rolling Stones, Bob Marley, Stevie Wonder, Tony Bennett, Billy Joel and Elton John “just to simply name a few” are also in his repertoire. It is almost impossible to list all the tunes that he does but he always captivates his audiences with a performance that far exceeds their expectations! A song list and CD are available upon request. PERFORMANCES Mark, for example, has the capability to play a job with simple background music and at any given moment the ability to kick it into high gear if need be. Performing at the “Sheraton Yankee Clipper” for the last 8 years has given him a proven track record by keeping a lot of the guests from all over the world coming back year after year for more. He has also been performing, from time to time since 1992, at the “Embassy Suites” where again, satisfaction has never been wasted. PERSONAL I have had the distinct pleasure, in my life, to perform with some of the most well known celebrities in the business. Performing with “Liza Minelli” was a very memorable one as well as having the honors of playing for President Clinton at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. One of my favorite performances, although was playing a birthday party for “Roy Clark” at the Ritz Carlton in Palm Beach. The party got exciting when I had people like, Hal Linden, Peter Marshall and Tom Posten get up and sing with me as well as some famous basketball coaches. Roy sure has a lot of friends.

Energia Brasil has the beat from Brazil in their blood. They combine styles like axe, samba-reggae, pagode from Brasil ( mainly Salvador da Bahia ) with 50's to present pop, rock, and folk from America. They put all this together in a contagious live-show that compels the audience to jump up and dance.

Yes, it’s true about who you know in Hollywood but sometimes it's merely fate working her mysterious magic. That’s exactly what happened when five worlds collided. A mutual producer friend spearheaded the initial introduction of ultra-hot European lead singer Dhana and LA local producer/keyboardist Gregg. Shortly after, followed the discovery of drummer Jason, guitarist Matt and bassist Brian.
Named after the bouncy dolls seen in the back of taxicabs, Taxi Doll was formed to bridge the gap between pop-rock and electronic music.
Inspired by a mix of Garbage, Chemical Brothers and Blondie, the band quickly popularized a sound that is often referred to as “Rocktronica”.
“We’ve been so lucky to have all come together so quickly. I know it can take a long time to form a band, but we all love the same bands, Depeche Mode, Goldfrapp, Blondie, No Doubt, Garbage, etc. We used to meet on Melrose to hang out and talk about music, I guess you could say Taxi Doll was formed there.”
Since the inception of Taxi Doll, they have placed numerous songs in TV and Film, with “Waiting” charting 3 on the Billboard Dance Charts and now “Be With You” which is currently moving up the charts.

CLARENCE SEAY (''Big C'') BASSIST, VOCALS Clarence Seay (jazz bassist,composer born 1957 Washington, DC) Seay has been an acoustic bassist with the Wallace Roney Quintet for over 15 years. Seay, also known as “Big C” , is a disciple of the Paul Chambers School of Jazz Bass Playing which features a style of walking harmonically inventive bass lines in a robust manner by positioning strings relatively high from the fingerboard- a practice mostly abandoned by modern bass players because of its physical difficulty. In addition to Roney, Seay has recorded and/or toured domestically and internationally with several renown jazz artists and groups including Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers , Wynton Marsalis, Billy Harper, Chico Freeman, Lou Donaldson and the Smithsonian Jazz Works Orchestra. Seay attended Duke Ellington School of the Arts in Washington, DC, with Wallace Roney and Gregory Charles Royal in the 1970‘s and attended Howard University with them and pianist Geri Allen in the 1980‘s. Seay was an Adjunct Professor at the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond for over 10 years in the 1980’s and 90’s. Seay was commissioned by the United States Post Office to compose and perform on their Album Commemorating America’s Celebration of Jazz.

Rarely does a band give off so much chemistry. From raw rhythms, to pure vocal ability, Long Island's Somehow Sorry is a mix of in the pocket grove rock with a dark psycedelic undertone. The experience is one that will send you back to the day of true vocal ability, with a blend of todays raw cutting edge guitar sounds. From a background of the classic greats, as well as the influences of todays bands like; Good Charlotte, Jet and Green Day, Somehow Sorry has launched onto the indie scene. Throughout the year Somehow Sorry has performed a number of venues in the Tri State Area and continues in gathering friends and fans along the way. This group strives to be one of the hottest energetic live shows around! "One of the best new bands to hit L.I. in a long time." ILIANA came to Los Angeles with a friend who suggested I move here to model and act. I did and became an in-house model for I. Magnin's in Beverly Hills. I have since been on Baywatch, Pamela Anderson's show VIP, and Pacific Blues; as well as a music video for the Kumbia Kings (Selena's brother's group) called "Azucita". I will be shown in a feature film called Sunstorm with Bo Derek, and filmed my first supporting role in a made-for HBO movie called "Love is Blind".
While here in LA I was also lucky enough to get the opportunity to start modeling in Milan, Italy. I am also pursuing a career in singing :latin pop/techno.
