C3
As a group of kids growing up through the everyday struggles in a town called Cradock in Portsmouth, VA this group of twenty or so friends developed a well known reputation for their constant mischief and crazy antics. Over the years C3 went on to spawn many different music groups and bands which evolved into what they are today. Starting in the spring of 2002, Johnnymerican, Robert E., and Big Ron T. decided to focus on recording an underground album for their friends, neighborhood and anyone willing to listen. Over the next two years, C3 spent their time in the studio sharpening their sword and developing a rock hard foundation. In August of 2004, C3 was convinced to enter a regional talent search/contest. For the first time as a hip-hop group, C3 publicly performed their material and finished runner up out of over two hundred acts. Since then C3 were featured performers at the Entertainment First Fashion and Music Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada, they were finalist in the National GigUrban Showcase, were recently chosen to to help promote Magic Johnson's new clothing line "Magic 32", and last but not least were awarded "Hip Hop Artist of the Year" at the 2005 Urban Independent Music Awards in Washington D.C. The flame has been sparked in C3, and they are giving their audience music the world hasn't heard in a very long time. The beats are hot, the lyrics are explosive, and C3 is ready to blow up the HIP-HOP WORLD!!!!!!!
