Cameo Nova
As this local music scene grows, so does their fan base and praise for what can only be described as high-energy, hard-driving melodic music Cameo Nova has shared events and stages with bands like State of Man, Beyond Tomorrow, Echovalve, Anchor, Lazyeye, Soundevice, Hybrid-L, and The Swearall prominent titles they are grateful to be a part of. The bands music has also taken the fast track to success. They have been fortunate to receive air time on 99x, 96rocks: stage 96, as well as the Regular Guys (mornings) and their afternoon request line. They have also earned Aprils 2nd best band on 105.3 the Buzz next to Uncrowned, Echovalve, Dear Enemy, and Crazy Anglos. Cameo Novas quick release of their demo early 2005 received more love from the city then they could have ever imagined. It has also earned them stage spots at some of Atlanta/Athens hottest places like Smiths Olde Bar, the Masquerade, Tasty World, Last Call, and 10 High. Cameo Nova may soon also be seen in the Florida arena, as well as traveling the West Coast and making festival appearances in Canada/BC.
