New York Blues Hall of Fame Singer/Songwriter Billie Williams releases her debut album Billie’s self-titled album is an original work of contemporary roots music and a compelling blend of blues, rock, and soul. The songs reflect life in New York City and in her long-time Harlem neighborhood. Billie’s 2012 nomination for Best Debut Female Vocalist from BroadwayWorld.com and her exciting original music have attracted world-class musicians to her 9-piece band. She also sparked the interest of Grammy-winning producer Danny Blume, who produced her 2014 single Lonely Night in Harlem and now her 2016 full-length album. The release was celebrated May 18th in front of a lively crowd at famous NYC venue, The Bitter End.
