La Santa Maria
Born out of the streets of Bell, California and made up of members from all corners of Los Angeles County, La Santa Maria is a fresh, one of a kind sound whose high energy rhythms and melodies are already beginning to create a buzz in and around the Los Angeles party scene. LSM has coined their music Nueva Cumbia, bringing together traditional cumbia music and pushing the envelope to fuse it together with dancehall reggae, samba, batucada, reggaetón, and creating a brand new sound that encompasses the tradition of cumbia music while giving it a heavy bounce and razor sharp edge that personifies the Los Angeles dancing party scene.
