Killer Stilts: A metaphor for the sometime painful lengths we will go to find, create and maintain an identity and a sense of self.

Killer Stilts (FYV) is a Washington based jazz/funk/blues band whose primary purpose is to inspire women, men and young adults to find their own voice and in doing so, stimulate a stronger sense of self and ultimately a more balanced, egalitarian society. Because music is a language that crosses many lines and offers a direct connection to the authentic voice in each of us, this form of education (musication) is highly effective in opening the minds and hearts of the audience.
