DJ Thaddius
Since 1998 DJ Thaddius has been implementing his smooth transitions and DJ skills in all genres of electronic music, from spinning Club House at the historic Club Montage, in San Diego to Progressive Trance in San Francisco’s famed Le Duplex then crossing the Atlantic to spin World Progressive Lounge at the world famous Buddha Bar in Paris, France. His sets are truly amazing to listen and dance to. More times than none DJ Thaddius has been asked to perform an encore after his sets. What should be standard 1 hour sets often turn into epic 4 hour sessions. Upon arriving in California in the 70’s DJ Thaddius was introduced to the sound of Disco. With this sound came one of his biggest influences, Francis Grasso. It was the creative storytelling with music which caught his ear that Francis seemed to produce with ease to coexist with his skill of beat matching. In the 80’s is was Grandmaster Flash unleashing cutting and scratching that influenced DJ Thaddius to start trying to combine all techniques. By the 90’s DJ Thaddius had found his calling with Electronic music. The feeling and flow of Disco with the layers and samples that had become so popular in early Hip-Hop created the perfect sound for DJ Thaddius to manipulate for the masses.
