A Music tradition in Virginia Beach for over 30 years. In 1969 Bill Deal began a career that would include 5 hit singles. First it was the cover of Maurice Williams and the Zodiac's "May I". It was soon followed by the Tam's "I've Been Hurt" and "What Kind of Fool Do You Think I Am". With these hits charting the Top 10 they toured as "Bill Deal & The Rhondels".
