Winnie began her speaking/training/consulting business in 1988, following over twenty years in a successful sales career that propelled her to top management positions, including Vice-President of Sales. In 1993, she developed her "Prospecting and Developing New Business" sales training program, which became the basis of her recently published book, WE SHOOT EVERY THIRD SALESPERSON…THE SECOND ONE JUST LEFT. She is a "no-nonsense" sales trainer, specializing in training for "outside" salespeople in the corporate world. Her programs are tailored for each client, to meet their specific needs. Winnie covers any aspect of the sales spectrum, sales management, telephone sales skills and customer service. She is effective in a short program, but prefers 3-6 hour programs.
