Roger D'Aprix is one of the foremost thinkers in the formulation of communication strategy for contemporary work organizations. He is a principal of William M. Mercer, Inc. and was recently named one of "the 25 most influential people in the communication profession in the last 25 years" by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). D'Aprix specializes in the design and development of employee communication strategy for organizations facing significant and potentially disruptive change. Prior to joining Mercer, he was vice president and practice leader of Towers Perrin. He also spent 13 years in various communications management positions at Xerox Corporation.
