Linda Boardman was a member of the Connector Management Group, the team that helped turn around Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) and that taught Karl Albrecht the concepts which launched his series of books and videos on improving service in America. In 1990, she launched a successful training enterprise made up of best-selling authors and popular publishers of books on managing organizational change. Today, she leads her own consultancy, helping companies avoid the pitfalls of change while taking advantage of its opportunities.
