Wilson Learning pioneered work in translating theories of psychology to powerful people skills that help fulfill human potential in business relationships. Pecos River created a rich environment for business leaders, managers, and work teams to work (and play) to create totally unique systems to embrace change in ways that enhance improved business results. These innovative businesses grew from Larry’s early people experiences selling life insurance. By age 29 he had become the youngest lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table, a benchmark achievement for the life insurance field.
Larry Wilson has been recognized with many awards including: Speakers Hall of Fame; Senior Fellow and Alumni of the Year at the University of Minnesota; and Ambassador of Free Enterprise by the International Sales and Marketing Executives.
Today, Larry spends high-impact time consulting with senior leadership teams from companies such as American Express, General Motors, Du Pont, Citibank, Kraft, Ernst & Young, and British Airways. Larry speaks to associations and corporations on a regular basis. He has authored more than five books and numerous articles, and has himself been the subject of many features on entrepreneurial leadership.
