Frank Pacetta began his career with Xerox in 1976 and was responsible for turning around three districts into top performing teams. In 1995, Frank left Xerox and is currently the vice-president of Sales at Danka Industries in St. Petersburg, FL. He has written the book Don’t Fire Them, Fire Them Up: Motivate Yourself and Your Team, a real-world story of winning in business and motivating yourself along with your employees in the most positive ways possible. His success has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and various business magazines.
