Ed Goeas is one of the nation's top pollsters and political analysts. The company he leads has advised a "who's who" of Republican senators, congressmen, and governors, including Phil Gramm, Trent Lott, Alan Simpson, Tommy Thompson, George Voinovich, and Christie Whitman. Goeas, along with Democratic pollster Celinda Lake, also serves as a pollster for U.S. News & World Report and the Battleground series of national polls. His many television appearances include NBC's Meet the Press, PBS's NewsHour, CNBC's Equal Time, and CNN's Inside Politics. He was recognized by Democratic and Republican members of the American Association of Political Consultants as "Pollster of the Year" for the 1994 election cycle. Goeas also conducted extensive research on health care and wrote a major article entitled "Health Care in the Nineties."
