His ideas have been featured in USA TODAY, the Cincinnati Enquirer, the Bottom Line, the Detroit Free Press, the Columbus Dispatch, the Dayton Daily News and many other national publications.

Dr. Dennis O'Grady is the founder of New Insights Consulting Services, a coaching and counseling practice located in Dayton, Ohio. Through education and inspiration, Dr. O'Grady explains how to steer a steady course when the winds of change are blowing. His work has taken him into public school systems, the defense industry, city management, transportation/automotive and computer industries, universities, family businesses, the government sector, churches and professional organizations.

Dr. O'Grady gave the keynote address for the Al Gore "Hammer Awards." He participated in the "Women of Washington" panel on change, working with some of the nation's top change leaders. Dr. O'Grady recently kicked off the Attorney General of the United States' keynote to the Department of Veterans' Affairs. He was also a featured expert with Betty White, Wayne Dyer and others in the bestselling book, The Miracle of Change by PBS host, Dennis Wholey.

He is the author of the nationally acclaimed book, Taking the Fear Out of Changing and the stress management audio program, No Hard Feelings. Dr. O'Grady has developed his theories about change and anger management over the past 20 years with prisoners, executives, corporations and couples. He has a full-time, independent practice in family psychology, is an adjunct faculty member of the School of Professional Psychology at Wright State University and the father of three daughters.
