Deborah Marchini has been the co-host of CNN's Business Day since 1989. North America's highest-rated morning business program, Business Day is a one-hour, live program designed to provide all the business and financial news that professionals need before heading to the office.

Prior to her current anchoring duties, Marchini had been CNN's chief Washington business correspondent. In this role she reported on tax reform and trade legislation, Federal Reserve monetary policy, government regulated industries, the 1987 stock market crash, and the Savings & Loan crisis. She also regularly covered the government economic statistics generated out of Washington, including international trade figures, inflation and unemployment reports.

In 1985, Marchini joined CNN Financial News as a New York correspondent covering Wall Street. Before CNN, Marchini was a reporter for ESPN's Business Times and a correspondent for the Bureau of National Affairs. She also worked at Standard and Poor's Daily News.

Marchini's daily reports and incisive interviews with international business and financial leaders provide her with valuable information on financial and business trends to share with your audience. In addition to her savvy as a keynote speaker, she is also an excellent moderator for panel discussions and symposia. Marchini is a graduate of George Washington University and attended New York University's graduate school of business administration.
