Curt Coffman is Global Practice Leader for workplace consulting with The Gallup Organization. He is the co-author of the best selling book titled First, Break All the Rules - What Great Work Places and Great Managers do Differently, published in May of 1999 by Simon and Schuster. This book has been number 2 on the USA Today Business Best Sellers list, and number 3 on the Wall Street Journal best sellers list.

In the past 5 years, Mr. Coffman has presented to literally thousands of groups on the topic of creating great places to work and the significant impact upon individuals, families and corporate growth.
