Carol is a gifted story teller with wit and wisdom to help audiences "Create a Ritzy Future". She holds a Masters Degree in Change Process from The Ohio State University, led change at the Ohio Department of Education, taught management at the collegiate level and worked with an international management consulting firm before starting her speaking business in 1988.

Carol is one of 300 speakers worldwide to hold the highly coveted CSP, Certified Speaking Professional, an earned designation recognizing a commitment to ongoing education, proven speaking experience and ethical behavior. Only 8% of the 3,800 member National Speakers Association have passed the rigorous criteria to attain the coveted designation.
