Many people say that Barry Williams is a "Television Icon." Barry Williams is well known for his portrayal of "Greg Brady" on the hit television series "The Brady Bunch" and their many reunions and specials. Then and now, the "Brady's" are one of America's most beloved and admired television families. Currently, it is one of the highest rated shows on Nick at Nite and airs twice daily.

In September 1999, the "Brady Bunch" celebrated their 30th Anniversary of the first airing of the "Brady Bunch." To help commemorate this piece of television history, Barry Williams released his first pop CD entitled "The Return Of Johnny Bravo." "The CD contains a combination of great classic pop songs that hold a special personal meaning to me" said Williams. Familiar songs include; "Celebrate," "Happy Together," "Hip To Be Square," and "Drift Away." Original songs are also on the record such as "Johnny's Back" and "Here Again" written especially for Barry. The music and the sound of the CD are current and hip, with a few surprises for the core Brady fan. In support of his CD, Barry has performed on the same stage with such diverse artists as 'N SYNC, Smashmouth, Marc Anthony, Goo Goo Dolls, Christina Aguilera, Jessica Simpson, Enrique Iglesias, Sugar Ray, Lenny Kravitz, Brian McKnight, Paula Cole, Melissa Etheridge and others.

In conjunction with Barry's CD, his #1 best selling book "Growing Up Brady/I Was A Teenage Greg" (which has sold more than 300,000 copies) has been updated and re-released. This "Special Collector's Edition" features new chapters and never before seen photos. Recently, Barry executive produced "Growing Up Brady" into a two hour television movie for NBC. The movie was watched by more than 20 million viewers and was one of the highest rated made for TV movies in the history of the network. From television, to best selling author, to entertainer and singer, Barry has enjoyed tremendous success. Immediately following the "Brady Bunch," Barry auditioned for Bob Fosse and won the role of "Pippin" which he performed for the first touring company and on Broadway. Since then, Barry has starred in more than 75 productions including "Victor Victoria," "The Music Man," "Romance/Romance," "Man of LaMancha" and "Guys and Dolls." He completed the successful national tour of "City of Angels" and is currently starring as Captain von Trapp in the national tour of "The Sound of Music." Additionally, Barry performs regularly for corporations and major universities around the country, delivering a funfilled evening of music with an interactive mixture of audience participation. He has recently released a single entitled "The Real Greg Brady" a parody of Eminem's #1 hit single "The Real Slim Shady."
