He composes and performs songs simultaneously with his guitar in front of his audience, based on their suggestions – in any imaginable music style. Whether it is an occupation of an audience member in Blues style, or the news of the day in Reggae, Joe and the audience interact and the fun rolls on.
Joe's television credits include "Evening At The Improv" and "The Showtime Comedy Club Network." He spent four years with "The First Amendment," one of New York City's better improvisational groups. He has played for all kinds of audiences, from clubs to colleges, from military bases to cruise ships to corporations. All of this experience has helped him develop a very special ability to sense the mood of the audience and direct his show accordingly – and he does this exceptionally well.
He has toured extensively and recently has focused on acting and commercial work. You may see him doing the Macarena and losing control of his car for Jacoby and Meyers. You might also see him in a Comedy Central promo spot.
Joe has warmed up television audiences for CBS's "Kate and Allie," MTV's "Remote Control" and "The Jon Stewart Show." He was selected to open for Jerry Seinfeld and Michael Bolton and many others.
