Wayne Federman is a Los Angeles based comedian, actor and writer. This triple threat man is quite busy. Aside from headlining comedy clubs and colleges across the nation, he is a regular performer on the Tonight Show. Wayne has debated politics on Politically Incorrect and is currently recurring as "Fred Mayer" on Fox's Living Single. He also has a features role in the new Comedy Central pilot, "Andy Town, USA." He has most recently completed his horror screenplay "Hell Gig." So where did this renaissance man come from? Federman grew up in Plantation, Florida ("where all of my friends were (pause) retired") After high school, where he performed a comedy routine at his senior prom, Wayne headed north to New York University. There he studied acting with legendary coaches Stella Adler and Lee Strasberg. But it wasn't Strinberg or Ibsen that motivated Wayne, it was New York's comedy club scene and a few years after college Wayne was working out at Catch A Rising Star and the Comic Strip. It was at these clubs that he developed his unique comedic perspective.

From musical chairs to snow skiing, dodgeball to rock concerts; Wayne mines the misadventures of his life into hilarious comedy routines. He concludes each performance with an unforgettable musical montage of hard rock tunes played on a ukulele (with the help of a Marshall amplifier)

Television viewers may recognize Wayne from his appearances on MTV, The A-List, Caroline's Comedy Hour, Evening at the Improv, Two Drink Minimum, Stand-Up Spotlight, LA Law, Doogie Howser, Dear John, Parent Trap 3, and, yes, Baywatch. And if that's not enough, Wayne also acts in television commercials. He is features in national spots for Hertz, Eagle Talon, US Navy, McDonalds, Total Raisin Bran, Ford Ranger, The US Olympic Team, Sizzler, 7-11, and Taboo.
