Timothy Bottoms
Bottoms, who had a recurring role in the 2001 season on the ABC series "Gideon's Crossing," has enjoyed a long and successful acting career with some 65 films to his credit. Best known for his role as "Sonny" in Peter Bogdanovich's "The Last Picture Show," Bottoms has also starred in such films as "The Paper Chase," "Rollercoaster," "Texasville" and "Blue Sky." His television work includes roles in ABC's "East of Eden" and an award-winning turn as "The Hitchhiker" for HBO. "That's My Bush!" offers a glimpse of life at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue as George W. makes his primetime debut in his very own television show. The challenge to the country's newest President is in balancing the volatile issues of the day with his equally demanding personal life. The series also parodies the classic sitcom genre, as Matt Stone and Trey Parker, the creators of "South Park," choose once again not to play by conventional standards. "That's My Bush!" is directed by Jeff Melman ("Malcolm in the Middle," "Frasier"). The series was the brainchild of Matt Stone and Trey Parker, who are the executive producers, along with Anne Garefino. Debbie Liebling is the executive producer for COMEDY CENTRAL.
