Steven Wright was born on Dec. 6, 1955. He's been doing stand-up comedy since 1979. His 1986 debut album, "I Have A Pony", earned him a Grammy nomination. Steven has made appearances in comedy clubs, television programs, HBO Comedy Specials, as well as lending his voice to characters in Comedy Central's "Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist" and the Fox T.V. network's "The Simpsons" cartoon sitcom. He's got quite a number of film credits, too.

He has had numerous appearances on "Saturday Night Live," "Late Night with David Letterman" and "The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson."
