Randall Jones is known in and among the international dance music community as being one of the most talented and cutting edge djs and producers in the world. He garners respect from the deepest of house heads to the most upfront technophiles because of his unique ability to play and make house and techno music that crushes all genres and breaks all boundaries.

A veteran in the nightclub industry, Randall first gained exposure by djing in afterhours nightclubs in the sprawling metropolis of Houston, Tx. In 1992 he moved to the northeast of the United States to continue his study of the art and settled down in Philadelphia, a city famous for its musical history and diversity. For the next five years he further tweaked his sound at famous nightclubs in and around NewYorkCity and Philadelphia. He was resident at Club Vinyl in NYC for the classic Home night on Fridays in 1995 and also played many other clubs including the main floors at The Palladium, The Tunnel and Twilo for various raves.

In 1997, dissillusioned by the popularity of commercial trance and not able to find records available that represented what he was pushing, Randall decided it was time to learn to make his own music to play. With the help of his mentors, King Britt and Josh Wink, Randall gained an internship at the studio of famous producer John Wicks. For two years he focused on refining his production technique. Although busy in the studio, he still held a residency at Philadelphia superclub Shampoo, where he played weekly. He also held a bimonthly residency at world famous Montreal club Stereo, playing once every two months on Friday night. During this time he experimented with many different styles and sounds and saw his own personal taste change to encompass all different types of house music.

It was at this time that Randall Jones began to be recognized internationally. His productions enjoyed immense popularity, being released by the BEST record labels in the world including Hooj, Bedrock, EndRecordings, and SAW/DefMix among others. They were also played by an unheard of cross section of djs from Francois K., Laurent Garnier, and Kevin Saunderson to John Digweed, Sasha and Danny Tenaglia. These productions, along with his legendary dj sets and production company Tigerhook, helped propel him into the international spotlight.

In 2000 Randall decided to refocus on djing and started travelling internationally to play at some of the best clubs in the world. Along with his legendary residencies, he also made regular appearances at clubs such as The End in London and Stalker in Amsterdam. In the past year Randall has traveled to dj all over the world from Buenos Aires to London to Canada to Chile as well as all over the United States. Recently he had the honor of playing for John Digweed on his KissFM radio show in London as well as playing with him at John's night, Bedrock. He also has recently returned from Argentina after playing the Cream Tour at Pacha in Buenos Aires. He is asked back time and time again to play at famous clubs such as CentroFly, Vinyl/Arc, Turnmills, Heaven, Lola, Pacha etc...because of his unique ability to rock any dancefloor and to hold any crowd in the palm of his hand.

When not on the road or busy in the studio Randall enjoys hanging out with his friends (especially the other members of Tigerhook), reading literature and kicking game to beautiful women.
