Born in Brooklyn, NY 40 years ago, Joey Kola soon moved to Long Island, where he grew up. After graduating High School and College, Joey began a career in stand-up comedy in 1980.

For 21 years Joey has been making audiences laugh in comedy clubs, colleges, theaters, cruise ships, and on numerous television shows, including "The Late Show with David Letterman", "The Rosie O'Donnell Show", and Comedy Central's "Premium Blend".
