Singer/Songwriter, Kathy Bee began her career performing nation-wide, at state and county fairs with the Flowers Family, opening for Bob Hope, The Oak Ridge Boys, Crystal Gayle and numerous others. In 1988 her single “Let’s Go Party” landed on the national “Billboard (Country) Charts”. In 1994, her song “Footprints In The Sand” became a part of the Madacy Records Label’s catalogue. Since that time Bee has received numerous awards for singing, songwriting and entertaining. She appeared on “Nashville Now”, “The Leeza Show”, “Jerry Lewis Telethon”, “USO Shows”, at “Lalapaloosa”, for the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA), for service clubs, corporate events, state and local government events. Bee currently hosts her weekly cable TV show, “Touching Lives With Kathy Bee”. (To date, over 120 episodes of the show have aired.) From a small child, Kathy Bee has always been patriotic. This was displayed at the age of two, when she asked her mother to repeatedly sing “The Battle Hymn Of The Republic”. During her grade-school years, Bee accompanied her classmates on the piano, as they all proudly sang patriotic songs. She was deeply affected by the Vietnam War, as she remained patriotic, while her only brother served and was injured in the Army.

Years later, it was only natural for Kathy Bee to write her own patriotic song entitled “I’M AN AMERICAN”.
