I've been a professional singer and musician all my life. For the past 9 years, I've worked cruise ships exclusively. The main thrust of my appearances have always been my sax playing and singing, but lately I've added the guitar to my solo performer act to accompany myself while singing some country and r&b songs. Diversity and the wide spectrum and skill with which the repertoire is presented is certainly a focal point of the presentation. There is something for everyone. The singing and playing is smooth and palatable. It's not loud or obtrusive, but when dancing is permitted, there is lots of good dance music presented from ballroom styles to the latest steps. Basically, the music presented really depends on the audience in attendance for the event. However, nostalgia usually works well for most audiences. The main focus being to help the audience have fun and leave with a good feeling.
