"Treat yo'self" to excessive amounts of photos, videos, and information about Fulaso and its members on our Website, Facebook, and YouTube

Fulaso opened for Ismael Miranda at the Festival LatinoAmericano in Charlotte, NC October 2015 and columnist Luis Rumbaut said, "Fulaso was my favorite act, the band's chemistry and the way the songstress of the group, Erica Ramos, worked the crowd was a fascinating experience, it's not often that there's a band solely dedicated to Latin Boogaloo: one of those genres of music that generates energy whenever it's played." Fulaso is a sort of acronym for Funky Latin Soul. We are a passionate group, many of us having played together for over 7 years, dedicated to playing Latin Soul and Boogaloo. Lead vocalists Erica Ramos and David Frankel have played such notable venues as Lincoln Center, The Kennedy Center, Rock and Roll Hotel, The Apollo Theatre, U Street Music Hall, SOB's, World Cafe Live, WNYC's Greenspace among many other festivals and venues along the East Coast. We most recently sold out NYC's most popular new club, Subrosa, at our EP Release party, after coming home from Charlotte, NC to open for Ismael Miranda at the 25th Annual Festival LatinoAmericano.

DJ El Chino Solar of Solar Latin Club acclaims our EP. "Creados por la vocalista Erica Ramos, Fulaso cultiva con esmero el Boogaloo y Latin Soul. Bajo la direccion musical de David Frankel (Avenida B), el ensamble de 11 musicos presenta una linea orquestral donde los vientos - trombone, trompeta, y saxofon tenor y bariton - junto con el teclado (Juan Sebastian Bowers) logran un mezcla explosiva y con mucho sabor.
