Book Money, the brains behind Guaranteed Entertainment. Founder Keysen Jackman, was raised on the Southside of Minneapolis, MN. He has been rapping since the age 14 years old. He began by rapping over instrumentals, and then became a very seasoned rapper. Later formed the rap group “Addicted 2 Drama,” releasing 3 albums. In 2004 Bookie founded Guaranteed Entertainment AKA G.E. known on the streets.... His vision was to have more than just a rap label, he wanted the whole spectrum of entertainment whether it was; Rap, R&B, Comedy, Acting, Producing, or Managing; he wanted all to be incorporated into G.E. Bookie has music covered as well as producing, and managing. As a solo artist he released 3 albums. Currently he is about to release his 4th album, “Mixed Emotions” in early April 2010. Book Money has won several competitions/awards throughout the Midwest region. He has won battle of the bands in Sioux Falls, SD, he won T.C. Next Up Award at the first annual Twin Cities Hip Hop Awards, the following year he was up for “Mayor of Minneapolis”, Best Mix tape, and Best Label. Book Money’s song “Sippin On Da Goose" was aired on the Twin Cities premiere Hip Hop station B96. He was also invited on Peter Parker’s radio show for an interview. As he was interviewed by Peter Parker another one of his hits was played titled “Back in the Day”. Book is now broadening his music to include, Rock, Jazz, & straight club music which is getting rave reviews from show promoters and fans. Book Money has opened for many successful artists such as: Trina, Mystical, Fabulous, Alckoholics, Slum Village, Glasses Malone, DJ Drama, D12, MIMS, Lil Scrappy, J Kwon, Shawnna, Project Pat and many more. Book Money has also performed at venues nationwide such as: Copa Cabana in Long Beach, Sokol Underground in Omaha, and various Twin Cities hotspots. Book Lives by one motto: “Make the Impossible, Possible” that’s exactly what they plan to do.
