Like many projects this had its start with an acoustic guitar and two vocalists (Erin Holiman and Victor Ruiz) with pure kin like harmony. They soon were doing acoustic sets on lower Broadway Nashville playing songs from Vince Gill, Faith Hill, Don Henley, Patty Loveless and The Eagles, but to get a better picture of how the talent came to be I have to go back eleven years.

Victor Ruiz started playing Las Vegas casinos in 1994 and backing such bands as Motherload, Deborah Dawn Black and Roy Rogers Jr. With a blues rock background country players like Steve Wariner, Vince Gill and Albert Lee played a large part in molding a solid musician/singer. In 2000 Victor made a move to Nashville in the efforts to be amongst some of the best players and artists in the country. This move proved to have merit. The scene in Nashville was fresh with talent and the song writing had the hunger of a third world country salivating on a Papa Johns slice of pizza.

Although it would take five years for Victor and Erin to meet, she already had honed her singing skills in the studio with her father (Don Holiman) an accomplished Las Vegas musician/singer/songwriter. Erin made many public appearances at her father’s concerts from an early age. Her move to Nashville also proved to be fruitful as she played a large roll with recording demos for her father's publishing company making her a confident studio singer.

Mean while Victor was again on the road backing Music City artist Derryl Perry playing a plethora of casinos, clubs and festivals headlining and promoting his current cd. Suddenly a bass position became available making way for Erin to step into a new roll on stage. Now contributing female songs to an already explosive set her female presence made this high energy show all the more desirable. Years of road experience together the logical step was becoming very clear.

Now with stage experience and a great working relationship Victor And Erin chose to go on their own writing the self tilted song" Bi-polarExpress" "Tell me Why" "When You’re falling in love" and "Make it though the rain" now the powerful duo had materialized the vision. The next step is what brings us full circle and with the future wide open The Bi-PolarXpress has set its sights on nothing less then success!
